    What is everyone's go to pre workout sup. I am after a good stim free one because I can only work out at night time due to work load. I read some good reviews about Anabolix. Would be interested to hear any feedback cheers guys

    mate all of them give me massive heartburn, i have a double shot espresso with a dash of milk and a sugar. I did used to use GAT Nitraflex but i've been thinking about using rampage and rampage V2 as i get a bit more serious

      I’ve used the Anabolix non stim for a while now and it’s pretty good. Just grabbed a “Disorder” stim one that’s supposed to be the most potent on the market and I’m looking forward to trying it tomorrow morning 🤷‍♂️

          Everything by anabolix is awesome. Honestly though mate, you need to dose 4-8g of citrulline malate every day for the benefits, beta alanine also needs daily dosing and evidence on it actually doing anything is shaky, caffeine is about the only other main ingredient and you don't want stims, maybe forgo the pre workout and just use creatine and a banana? My 2c.

          I usually mix my own with
          8g citrulline malate
          4g beta alanine
          350mg caffeine
          BCAA flavoring

          I doubt ill make any more once it runs out, just gonna take 3 caffeine pills and 2 cups of water in future and continue with daily creatine use.

                Not a big pre workout user, but I found Arez ok and used to stack Murica labs Stars and Pipes with Red White and Boom.
